But just as it appeared all was lost, a miracle happened. A contact at the shelter reached out to Humans and Animals United, a Florida-based rescue organization. The team immediately promised to rescue Dawn, pulling her out of the shelter just in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Though Dawn was safe, she still carried the emotional scars of her past. She was frightened and needed time to decompress. The journey ahead would not be easy, but with the right support, there was hope for her to heal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finding the right environment for Dawn to recover was crucial.
